I hand inspect and wrap every piece to insure that it arrives to you in pristine condition, but sometimes shipping accidents happen. If your item appears to be damaged, you will need to send me a picture showing me the damage within 7 days of receiving the package so I can send you a comparable replacement or offer you a refund.
lori b pottery is not responsible for damages to your pottery while it is in your possession.
In the event that something is wrong with your order, please contact me immediately, and I will make it right.
